Briefing:

The SEAT Components Communication Team commissioned a video to be shown during the annual 'Open Day.' This video is designed to convey the brand’s core values, with a particular focus on the importance of teamwork.

Big idea:

Transforming a Video into a Performance.
We take an institutional video that lacks significant impact and turn it into a performance involving all factory employees, from workers to managers. Together, they will create a large abstract painting in a spontaneous, carefree, and uninhibited manner. We will film the mural's creation, develop a slogan, and use this footage to produce the final video.
Additionally, the same material will be used to create posters and other graphic pieces, thereby broadening the action's reach and impact. The mural will be prominently displayed in the factory's meeting room and will be signed by the company President, Luca di Meo, during one of his visits.
